Aftermarket Sales

Established, rapidly growing company is looking for a high powered and highly motivated inside sales person to help grow the aftermarket sales business of our company. This is an entry level position that will have duties including cold calling, maintaining a customer database, providing accurate quotations and other related sales tasks. Must be personable, have great telephone etiquette and a driven, winning attitude. Computer skills are a must. Compensation will include commissions for applicable aftermarket sales. Sales/Outside Sales

Overview

Will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and increasing sales nation-wide. The candidate should have industrial air filtration experience along with high degree of mechanical aptitude.

Duties include but are not limited to

  • Developing and executing a sales plan in a national territory to meet/exceed sales goals
  • Maintaining and growing the existing customer base
  • Conducting cold calls to contractors, engineering firms, end users, OEMs, and new dealers
  • Maintain communication with existing dealers and expand dealer network
  • Regular travel to trade shows and follow up with leads

Qualifications

  • Self-starter with outgoing, positive personality
  • 3-5 years successful sales experience in an outside sales role
  • Industrial and/or manufacturing knowledge preferred and/or work experience in dust collection or air filtration industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Sales experience in the dust collection, air pollution control equipment, and industrial ventilation industries
  • Proficient in MS Office and ACT database

Compensation

Base salary plus commission, company vehicle, comprehensive medical benefits, paid vacation, and retirement plan.

Field Crew Installer

Overview

Will be responsible for installing industrial air pollution control systems offsite.

Duties include but are not limited to

  • Must have welding skills
  • Must have the ability to read blueprints
  • Must possess a high mechanical aptitude
  • Must have the ability to work in elevated areas with proper equipment
  • Travel is required, sometimes for weeks at a time
  • Ability to interact with customers

Qualifications

  • Self-starter with outgoing, positive personality
  • Industrial and/or manufacturing knowledge preferred and/or work experience in dust collection or air filtration industry
  • Experience preferred
